Our chains have a stainless steel base with PVD coating in a gold or silver finish. We use PVD coating to make our product moisture-resistant and durable, ensuring it withstands our furry friends' adventures longer than regular plating.

We accept exchanges on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns at this time. Please fill out our form on the "contact" page with your order confirmation number and the reason for an exchange request. We will do our best to accommodate.

To maintain long lasting jewelry, we suggest keeping the chain in a dry place when not worn. If the chain gets wet, you can wipe it with a soft cloth. We designed our chains with a stainless steel base and PVD coating to minimize maintenance and ensure long-lasting durability.

We will ship your order within 5 business days from the time you place your order.

Do not attach a leash to the jewelry. While they are built with durability in mind, these are created purely as an accessory.

At the moment, we do not ship outside of the United States but we hope to expand to worldwide shipping in the future.
